How To Make it:

Prepare Near East® couscous according to package directions, except omit butter or olive oil.
2.
Meanwhile, in medium skillet, heat oil over medium heat; add onions, ginger, carrots and broccoli. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until tender; stir into prepared couscous.
3.
Add sesame oil and soy sauce to prepared couscous; toss.
