How To Make it:

Prepare Near East® rice according to package directions.

Meanwhile, coat chicken pieces with 1 tbsp of Italian seasonings. In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium heat. Cook coated chicken for 5 to 8 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
3.
Coat onion, broccoli, carrots, garlic, tomatoes and mushrooms with 1 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp of Italian seasonings. Add coated vegetables to chicken and continue cooking for another 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve chicken/vegetable mixture over prepared rice.
