Ingredients

  1. 1 box Near East Parmesan Couscous
  2. Grilled chicken
  3. 1 bunch fresh spinach
  4. 1 cup strawberries, thinly sliced
  5. 1/4 cup almonds, toasted and chopped
  6. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  7. 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  8. Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation Instructions

  1. Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the box. Cool to room temperature.
  2. Combine cooked couscous, spinach, and strawberries in a large bowl.
  3. Toss with olive oil and balsamic, and sprinkle with almonds. Serve next to chicken.
