Preparation Instructions

In medium saucepan combine quinoa/brown rice blend, water, garlic, olive oil and oregano; bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium-low; add contents of Spice Sack and stir well.

Boil gently for 14-17 minutes or until water is absorbed.

Remove from heat; stir in spinach and tomatoes. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
