Couscous Chicken Salad Product: Garlic & Olive Oil Flavor: Chicken / Poultry Ingredients 10 oz cooked chicken (either rotisserie or canned) 1 package (5.8 ounces) NEAR EAST® Roasted Garlic & Olive Oil Couscous 2 cups chopped vegetables (any combinations of small broccoli flowerets, tomatoes, cucumber, zucchini, or bell peppers) 2 to 3 tablespoons bottled red wine or balsamic vinegar & oil salad dressing Preparation Instructions Prepare couscous as package directs, using olive oil. Fluff with a fork; cool in a large bowl at least 10 minutes. Add chicken, vegetables and salad dressing; toss to coat evenly. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
